What RollForge actually is

RollForge is an AI operating partner that learns your business over time. You don't have to wire up accounting software to get value. Connect a bank account if you want a live feed — but you can also just talk to it. Chat, send a text, or forward an email, and it starts building a picture of your numbers, your priorities, and how you actually work.

The more you use it, the more it knows — your vocabulary, your seasonal swings, the jobs, properties, or accounts that make or lose money — and it turns that into strategic CFO insight to hit your goals. QuickBooks and Xero connect too, if you already use them, but they're an option, never a requirement.

How it learns you

Most finance tools are static dashboards — the same for everyone, and they never get to know you. RollForge is the opposite. Every conversation teaches it something: a key employee, a slow-paying customer, a rule of thumb you go by. It remembers, and it brings it back the next time it matters.

That per-business context is the whole point. After a few weeks the AI isn't giving generic advice — it's giving your advice, grounded in your data and the priorities you've told it. Nothing else you plug your numbers into does that.

The operating model

Dimension Traditional SaaS RollForge
Feedback → shipped Weeks to quarters Ships continuously
Decision latency Roadmap committees CFO-steered
Overhead Sales, marketing, management layers Minimal
Iteration priority What the roadmap says What users actually need
Pricing Priced to fund the overhead Priced to deliver value

Who it's built for

Owner-operators who are their own finance team. Yes, the plumber with three locations and the HVAC owner who just bought a second shop — but just as much the real-estate investor with a dozen doors, the short-term-rental host juggling listings, the franchise owner, the agency principal, the retailer, the clinic owner. Trades, services, property, or products — if you run one business or several and don't have a CFO, this is built for you.

If you have data and questions, RollForge connects the two — in whatever industry you operate.

Your data, your control

Your data is yours, and RollForge never sells it. Your bank credentials are encrypted, you decide exactly who sees what — a read-only report for your lender, your accountant on one set of books and nothing else — and you can export or permanently delete everything, whenever you want. Privacy and control aren’t a buried setting; they’re how the product is built.

We're just getting started

RollForge is early, and that's on purpose. The product improves in hours, not quarters — because the feedback loop is short and the priorities come from real owners, not a roadmap committee.

So tell it what you need. Send feedback right inside the platform — what's missing, what's clunky, what would make it indispensable — and we'll adapt. The owners who show up early shape what this becomes.
